Well there are a lot of reasons I started this blog.
Firstly, I have a friend who have
been doing it for some time and had encouraged me to start. She was very
helpful in starting me up and for this I am very grateful. She had read some of
my poetry and writings I did and told me it is a good way for people to see and
appreciate my writing. This is definitely
true and I am truly grateful for the people who have visited, commented and
follow my blog. It really means a lot to me. Sniff sniff :)
Secondly, I had been going through
a really tough time with my son suddenly getting seizures. This completely uprooted
me and I found myself consumed with endless nights of watching Dylan’s seizures
and not having the power to do anything about it. Basically I felt helpless and
angry. So blogging gave me the means of
de-stressing and escaping from reality if just for a moment.
Finally, I love having the forum
of being able to express myself. I love being able to visit other people’s blog
and adding to the topic they are discussing. It makes me feel as if I am not alone in my thoughts and I am not the
only person who feels the way that I do.
Blogging is fun… and I welcome anyone who is on this journey with
me!
Perfect reasons!
