WW - Smile for me and a Smile for you...

In school we are sharing smiles to promote the virtue of Kindness. So here are a few images I would like to share that always put a smile on my face...

And these should put a smile on yours....

As my good friends said ....
 "Even though you are dieting....
it does not mean you cannot look at the menu!!"
Enjoy.

My Version of Fall.

I have been seeing on other blogs beautiful pictures of the ever changing and eye stimulating Fall season. Honestly living in Trinidad limits your experiences of the changing seasons and seeing how spring turns to summer to fall and then winter. All I have is endless summer greenery. All I have is the constant warm weather and lush green rain forests.

So I have been living vicariously through other blog admiring the Fall pictures and sometimes questioning if it is really true. And see what we get during the Fall Season.

Enjoy.

This was a bird's eye view of the bay that had clear green water and little watery caves to hide under. My son really liked…

Hate is a strong word.

When you live on a small island like I do in Trinidad, you really do not want to be too outspoken about terrible things happening to someone you know, because it is almost as if you are talking about it happening in your own backyard. But the fact is, terrible things do happen and unfortunately it sometimes happen to people you know or people who you cannot ignore.

In the last month there was a unforgettable incident of a little girl being attacked and physically taken advantage of ... and this rocked out entire community. Mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, granddaughters and friends were really disturbed about the attack... because you do feel as if it has happened in your back yard! For a few weeks no one felt safe in their own homes and everyone was whispering about the ever changing rumors of the whereabouts of a man, who manage to physically hurt 1 and mentally hurt 100s.

In my heart I do feel sorry for the young girl and pray that through God, family and friends she can be a su…
